DISSEMINATION OF AFFIRMATIVE ACTION PLAN <br /> <br />Copies of this Plan will be disseminated to all City of <br />La Porte departmen ts and shall be placed in City of La <br />Porte Policy and Procedures Manual. Any interested <br />individual or agency or local group will be provided a <br />copy of the Affirmative Action Plan upon written <br />request. <br /> <br />VIII. <br /> <br />COMMUNICATION OF THE PLAN <br /> <br />It shall be the responsibility of the administration of <br />the City of La Porte to communicate both interna~ly and <br />ext~rnally its Affirmative Action Plan. <br /> <br />A. Internal communication shall be conducted through the <br />following means: <br /> <br />-- <br />
