Planning and Zoning Commission, ,over the last seve.ral <br />months has conducted a review of Zoning Ord inance . '1501. On <br />October 17, 1991, the Commission held, the required public hearing <br />for the purpose of taking additional citizen input regarding the <br />ordinance amendments and zone changes proposed during the course <br />of the review. <br /> <br />. <br />After closing the public hearing, the Commission by <br />unanimous vote, recommended . a rezoning from Neighborhood <br />Commercial to General Commercial for the following " properties: <br />La Porte outlots' 241; 261; 280; Tract 260-A out of Outlot 260. <br />Also incluaed as part of the recommended rezoning are the <br />following properties in the Pine Grove Valley subdivision: Lts <br />1-5; 34-37; Blk 1: Lts 1-5; 34-37; Blk 2: Lts 1-5; 34-37; Blk <br />3: Lts 1-5; Blk 4. The attached report discusses these <br />properties in greater detail. <br /> <br />The' Commission also, by a vote of four to one (with one <br />abstention) recommended amendments to Zoning Ordinance Articles <br />three, four, five, six, ten and eleven.
