SIMONS - Commissioner Simons <br />asked to be excused from giving the invocation to say something <br />else. "On behalf of the City Commission, the staff and all its <br />• employees, would like to wish all the people and citizens of <br />La Porte, and the neighboring cities, a merry Christmas and a <br />happy new year.
