CALL TO ORDER - The meeting was called to order at 7:10 P.M. <br />by Chairman Christensen. <br />+ + + <br />2. CONSIDER APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT OF FAIRMONT PARK, SECTION 4. <br />Mr. Gray was present to answer any questions concerning the <br />preliminary plat of Fairmont Park, Section 4. R. Shedelbower <br />raised the question concerning the dedication of a park site. <br />A letter from the president of the Fairmont Park Homes <br />Association was submitted and read. Motion by Eugene Ybarra, <br />seconded by R. Shedelbower to approve the preliminary plot <br />plan for Section 4 of Fairmont Park subject to agreement <br />concerning new park ordinance.
