CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order by Mayor Norman L. Malone at 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Members of City Council Present: Mayor Norman L. Malone, Councilpersons Guy <br />Sutherland, Chuck Engelken, Howard Ebow, Peter Griffiths, Alton Porter, Deotis Gay, <br />Charlie Young and Jerry Clarke <br /> <br />Members of Council Absent: None <br /> <br />Members of City Executive Staff and City Employees Present: City Manager Robert <br />T. Herrera, Assistant City Manager John Joerns, Assistant City ManagerlFinance <br />Director Jeff Litchfield, City Attorney Knox Askins, City Secretary Martha Gillett, <br />City Manager's Secretary Carol Buttler, Director of Administrative Services Louis <br />Rigby, Assistant Finance Director Cynthia Alexander and Assistant City Manager <br />Secretary Dana Ybarra. <br /> <br />Others Present: None <br /> <br />2. The Invocation was delivered by Councilman Deotis Gay. <br /> <br />J. PETITIONS, REMONSTRANCES, COMMUNICA nONS, AND CITIZENS AND <br />TAX PAYERS WISHING TO ADDRESS COUNCIL <br /> <br />No citizens or taxpayers addressed Council. <br /> <br />4. Public Hearing - Discuss Bond Project <br /> <br />Open Public Hearing - Mayor opened the Public Hearing at 6:01 P.M. <br /> <br />Review by Staff: City Manager Robert T. Herrera and Assistant City Manager I <br />Director of Finance Jeff Litchfield presented the summary and information concerning <br />the Bond Project and answered Council's questions. <br /> <br />Council gave direction to Staff to let Fire Station # 3 stay in same vicinity in the Lomax <br />area. <br /> <br />Public Input - There were no citizens wishing to speak to Council on this matter. <br />
