<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2003- 0<1 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TEMPORARY TRANSFER OF THE <br />SECTIONS OF TWO STREETS TO THE HARRIS COUNTY ROAD LOG <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the portions of the following streets in the City of La Porte are in need of <br />repair and improvement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, these streets include the overlay of North 4th Street (from West Polk to <br />Barbour's Cut Blvd.) and North 5th Street (from West Main Street to Barbour's Cut <br />Blvd.); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of La Porte has requested that Harris County participate in the <br />repair and improvement of these portions of streets. <br /> <br />NOW, THERFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LA PORTE, TEXAS THAT: <br /> <br />The following areas are temporarily transferred to the Harris County Road Log to allow <br />Harris County to perform repair and improvements to these streets: <br /> <br />North 4th Street (from West Polk to Barbour's Cut Blvd.) and North 5th Street <br />(from West Main Street to Barbour's Cut Blvd.). <br /> <br />PASSED AND APPROVED this the 24th day of March 2003. <br /> <br />ATTEST <br /> <br />CITY OF LA PORTE, TEXAS <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />~ man MalBhe, ayor <br /> <br /> <br />a;;;~ <br /> <br />Knox Askins, City Attorney <br /> <br />1!1MJtL~' <br />Ma ha Gillett, City Secretary <br />
