Motion was made by Frank Baker, Commissioner, <br />seconded by Commtssioner Tom Osborn, that Mrs. Betty Willits <br />serve as City Clerk for the purpose of taking minutes. Motion was made by Commissioner Baker, seconded ORDINANCE N0. 703 <br />by Commissioner Osborn, that Ordinance No. 703 be passed on (CLOSING ALLEY IN <br />first and final reading. Motion carried. Caption as follows: BL K. 306) <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING, ABANDONING AND CLOSING THE ALLEY LYING <br />WITHIN BLOCK 306, IN THE TOWN OF LA FORTE. <br /> <br />3. Motion was made by Commissioner Osborn, seconded APPROVAL PURCHASE <br />by Commissi~~ner Baker, that Purchase Order No. 2041 be approved OF METER PARTS <br />for the purchase of meter parts from Garcon Meter Division, <br />amounting to one hundred three dollars and sixty-six, (~ 103.66). <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />• <br />4.
