Pfeiffer, <br />Commissioners Tom Osburn, Frank Baker, and W. A. <br />Stabs, Jr. <br />MEMBERS OF THE CQMMISS/ON ABSENT: Commtssioner Russell <br />Shepherd. <br />OTHER CITY OFF/C/ALS PRESENT: Special Legal Counsel Knox <br />Asktns, City Engineer H. Carlos Smith, Chief of <br />Police H. F. Freeman, Water Superintendent Lyman <br />Cunningham, and Temporary Ctty Clerk Marilyn Kelley. <br />PRESIDING: Mayor Pfeiffer. <br />+ + + <br />1. Minutes of the Regular Meeting of April 5, 1965 were <br />read and approved, with the folCowing amendment: <br />Item No. 8, last line amended to read "J. C. Vann" <br />instead of "J. C. Cotton". <br />+ + + <br />2. The Commission amended previous instructions to the <br />City Engineer, thus advising him to use any plots <br />necessary to determine the correct location of <br />Donaldson Street. <br />+ + + <br />3. B. W. Broadwater appeared before the Commission <br />in protest of the cost of installing 600' of water <br />line to his home. Actton was tabled until the next <br />regular meeting at which time the City Engineer will <br />present a copy of the original estimated cost of <br />the project. <br />+ + + <br />4. Bayshore Municipal Utility Dtstrtct asked that the <br />City pass a Resolution stating that the City would <br />not annex any part of the district until they are <br />able to annex it completely. After much discussion, <br />Commisstoner Osburn made a mottos, and seconded by <br />Commtssioner Stabs that action be tabled for further <br />study. Motion carrted. <br />+ + + <br />
