Mayor Cline presented a proclamation to Mrs. Betty Chappee <br />designating "Special Olympics Day." <br />5. Mayor Cline presented the Employee of the Month award for <br />March to City Employee Nell Lange. <br />6. City Attorney Askins read: ORDINANCE No. 1361.- AN ORDINANCE <br />APPOINTING A MEMBER'OF THE CITY COUNCIL TO SERVE AS MAYOR PRO- <br />. TEM OF THE CITY OF LA PORTS FOR THE TERM MAY 1, 1983, UNTIL <br />APRIL 30, 1984; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF. <br />
