The Invocation was given by Assistant City Attorney Clark Askins. 3. Councilman Jay Martin led the Pledge of Allegiance. 4. Presentations/Proclamations A. Proclamation - Mayor Rigby presented a proclamation to Don Hill and members of the Census Count Committee. Planning Director Tim Tietjens and City Planner Masood Malik presented a plaque to the Mayor and the City of La Porte from the Census Bureau.
