Pfeiffer, <br />Mayor; Ode Brown, treet Commissioner; W. A. Stabs, Jr., <br />Police and Fire Commissioner; Dennis Dunham, Health and Rec- <br />reation Commissioner; Tom Osburn, Water and Sewer Commissioner. <br />~ # ~ <br />MEMBERS OF COMMISSION ABSENT: None. <br />~ # # <br />OTHER CITY OFFICIALS PRESENT: Charles L. Pitman, <br />City Attorney; Clovis D. Mann, City Clerk; Carl®s Smith, <br />City Engineer. <br /># # ~ <br />PRESIDTNG: Mayor Harold Pfeiffer. <br />~- ~ # <br />1. Minutes of the Regular Meeting, held on August <br />10, 1962 were read and approved. <br /># ~ ~ <br />15. <br />2. Ordinance No. 650, which was first read and ORDINANCE N0. 650 <br />passed on July 6, 1962, granting a Franchise to Baysh®re FINAL REAnING <br />Industrial Water Company to own and operate a water system in <br />certain territ©ry described, both within the City of La Porte <br />and adjoining the City of La Porte and ordaining other matters <br />relating to the subject, was read again in full. <br />Commissioner Osburn moved that the Ordinance be <br />finally passed. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Brown, <br />voted upon and carried by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Osburn, Brown, Stabs, <br />Dunham and Mayor Pfeiffer. <br />NOES: None. <br />finally passed. <br />~, <br />The Mayor announced. that the Ordinance had been <br />~ ~ # <br />
