Minutes of Regular Meeting of January 20, 1964 <br />were read and approved. <br /> <br />2. Motion was made by Commissioner Osburn, seconded <br />by Commissioner Stabs, that the action taken at the January 20, <br />1964 meeting, granttng a Special Permit to Mrs. Cliff Tratner <br />to locate a "Nursery-Private School" at 402 South 6th Street, <br />La Porte, be rescinded, and further, that the action of the <br />Mayor in calling a Public Hearing for February 14, 1964, to <br />consider granting of a Special Permit, be confirmed. Motion <br />carried. (Action rescinded Cisted in Section 4, Minutes of <br />January 20, 1964.) <br />~ ~ <br />3. Mr. W. T. Carter of the Shady River Developments, <br />presented final pCans for development of Section 2, Shady River <br />Sub-Diviston, for approval. Commissioner Baker made a motion, <br />seconded by Commissioner Stabs, that the Mayor and City Clerk <br />be authorized to sign the plans after the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission has approved them. Motion carried. <br /> <br />
