The Grantee's Cable System shall provide a minimum capacity of seventy-five (75) <br /> <br /> <br />video Channels throughout the term of the Franchise. <br /> <br /> <br />2. The Grantee's headend and all fiber hubs shall have standby power generators <br /> <br /> <br />capable of operating in the standby mode for an indefinite period, and each fiber node shall be <br /> <br />equipped with battery operated standby power units capable of operating a minimum of 1.5 hours <br /> <br />in the standby mode. <br /> <br />Section 9. OPERATIONAL STANDARDS. <br /> <br /> <br />1. Compliance with FCC Rules. Grantee shall comply with all present and future <br /> <br />technical standards, testing requirements, consumer protection standards and consumer electronics <br /> <br />compatibility regulations promulgated from time to time by the FCC pursuant to the Cable Act, and <br /> <br />all other rules and regulations of the FCC in connection with and relating to the operation of <br /> <br />Grantee's Cable System. <br /> <br />2. Technical Performance. Throughout the term of this Franchise, the Grantee shall, at <br /> <br />a minimum, operate and maintain the Cable System in accordance with all applicable technical <br /> <br />performance standards, regulations and guidelines of the FCC. Grantee shall periodically test the <br /> <br />technical performance of the Cable System in accordance with all regulations and guidelines of the <br /> <br />FCC. <br /> <br />3. Capable of Continuous Operation. The Grantee's Cable System shall be capable of <br /> <br /> <br />being operated continuously, that is, twenty-four (24) hours per day. <br /> <br /> <br />4. Converter-Parental Lock; Selection of Signal Number. Upon Subscriber request, <br /> <br /> <br />Grantee shall make available at a reasonable cost a Converter or other parental control device. <br /> <br /> <br />Such device, if used properly, shall permit the Subscriber to prohibit viewing of a particular <br /> <br /> <br />Channel during periods selected by that Subscriber.
