The Construction Document Phase Services will be completed and the Report submitted within 90 calendar days following written authorization from OWNER to ARCHITECT' to proceed with that phase of services. 5. Ordinance 1476-A requires all Contractors desiring to bid on construction projects having an estimated construction cost of greater than $300,000, must pre-qualify by filing a satisfactory Contractor's Statement. The Contractor's Statement requires the filing of both a Financial Statement and an Equipment and Experience Statement. The ARCHITECT shall review the Equipment and Experience Statements submitted by the Contractor, check references and prepare a written report and recommendation based on their findings.
