<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Paragraph 1.4.5. <br /> <br />The Construction Document Phase Services will be completed and <br />the Report submitted within 90 calendar days following <br />written authorization from OWNER to ARCHITECT' to proceed with <br />that phase of services. <br /> <br />5. During the Bidding or Negotiating Phase ARCHITECT shall: <br /> <br />a. Assist OWNER in conducting the prebid conferences <br />and prequalification of bidders as required by City <br />of La Porte Ordinance No. 1476-A. <br /> <br />Ordinance 1476-A requires all Contractors desiring <br />to bid on construction projects having an estimated <br />construction cost of greater than $300,000, must <br />pre-qualify by filing a satisfactory Contractor's <br />Statement.
