Armstrong, <br />Assistant City Attorney <br />CITY OF LA PORTE <br /> <br />RE: City of La Porte Ordinance No. 780 <br />Chronological Ad Hoc Zoning Reclassification Process <br /> <br />(1) Owner of any affected property files written application, stating <br />existing zoning" requested reclassification, legal description <br />of property, street address (if available), size of tract by <br />dimension and area, accompanied by $100.00 application fee. <br />Application is filed with City Secretary of City of La Porte. <br /> <br />(2) Upon receipt of application, City Secretary ascertains whether <br />form of application is proper, and notifies Director of Engineer- <br />ing Department and Zoning Officer (currently the head of the <br />code enforcement division). <br /> <br />(3) Director of Eng ineering and Zoning Officer prepare a written <br />report within fifteen. (15) days of receipt of application by <br />city Secretary. Said report should include all information <br />required in the application mentioned above, such as: <br />
