The Consultant assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of such <br />information or services and shall not be liable for errors or omissions therein. <br />Should the Consultant be required to provide services in obtaining or coordinating <br />compilation of this information, such services shall be charged as Additional <br />Services. Additional Services shall be provided on a time and material basis, unless <br />the Client specifically requests written authorization. <br /> <br />1.
