Civil Service Employees <br />Vacation <br />Regular full-time civil service employees who have at least one year of service with the City are <br />eligible to receive their accumulated vacation leave, not to exceed the maximum accrual of 1.5 <br />times their annual rate. <br />Sick <br />Regular full-time civil service employees will be eligible to receive unused sick, not to exceed <br />720 hours. <br />Longevity <br />A regular full-time employee employed at least 1 year, will receive on their final check a <br />longevity accrual equal to the completed months of service with the City for the year. <br />Retirement Deduction <br />All final checks must have the TMRS deduction in accordance with TMRS regulations. <br />City Property <br />Any employee who does not return City issued property, or owes a balance for other items on a <br />re -payment plan to the City, will have the cost/balance deducted from their final paycheck. <br />65 <br />
