Burgin <br />to adopt Ordinance No. 877 as read. Motion carried <br />by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Thomas, Kibodeaux and Burgin. <br />NAYS: None. <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Crofoot. <br />CAPTION: <br />AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THE RESULTS OF THE REGULAR <br />ELECTION HELD IN THE CITY OF LA PORTS ON APRIL 3, <br />1971, FOR THE ELECTION OF A CITY COMMISSIONER, <br />POSITION LAND A CITY COMMISSIONER, POSITION 3. <br />+ + + <br />4. Mayor Smith called for a special meeting to be held <br />April 12, 1971 for the purpose of administrating <br />the oath of office to the newly elected Commissioners. <br />+ + + <br />5. Rigby's request to use a mobile home <br />as living quarters for a guard at the Colonial Drive- <br />In Theatre be granted, under Section 13-501 C3) of <br />the Zoning Ordinance.
