3 • • <br />• Regular Meeting 2/4/74 - continued <br />to speak for or against the recommended Public Hearing <br />expenditures, and there being none, declared closed <br />the Public Hearing closed. <br />Motion by Comm. Kibodeaux, seconded by Comm. Approval of <br />Christensen that the Revenue Sharing Funds budget for <br />be allocated for water and sewer projects. Revenue Sharing <br />Motion carried by the following vote: Funds <br />AYES: Commissioners Christensen, Kibodeaux, <br />Price and Boyle. <br />NAYS: None. <br />+ + + <br />3. Motion by Comm. Kibodeaux, seconded by Comm. Approval of <br />Boyle to approve the minutes of the regular Minutes of <br />meeting of January 21, 1974 as presented. previous meeting <br />Motion carried by the following vote: <br />• AYES: Commissioners Christensen, Kibodeaux, <br />Price and Boyle. <br />NAYS: None. <br />+ + + <br />4. Stennie Meadows Donation of funds <br />addressed the Commission in regards to the from recycling <br />recycling program in La Porte.
