<br />A motion was made to approve Alternate 3 as per recommenda-
<br />tion of the engineer, provided the home owners in t e su -

<br />become. available and approved by Council, by Councilperson
<br />Skelton. Second by Councilperson Graves.. The motion car-
<br />ried, 8 ayes, 0 nays and 1 abstain.

<br />9. Council considered adopting a policy for water. customers
<br />outside the La Porte city limits. The policy guidelines
<br />were reviewed with the Council by Building Official Paulissen.
