. ~ • <br />CATLETT LANE SEWER - EMERGENCY REHABILITATION <br />FOR THE CITY OF LA PORTE, TEXAS <br />TURNER COLLIE & BRADEN JOB NOS. 26-00021-010 & Oll <br />The following is a brief list of work performed. The point repairs <br />listed were required in order to clean and/or television inspect the sewer. <br />Additional point repairs were required at all service c.:onnections to either <br />reconnect failed taps to the existing polyethylene liner (between manholes <br />No. 1 and No. 5) or to connect taps to the new polyethylene liner (between <br />manholes No. 6 and the cleanout east of manhole No. 9). <br />1. New SDR 21 polyethylene liner pipe was installed from manhole No. 6 <br />to the cleanout west of manhole No. 9. <br />2. Sta. 0+96 Point repair. No saddle, tap had dropped. Daily report <br />No. 65. <br />3. Sta. 1+06 Point repair. No saddle, tap had dropped. Daily report <br />No. 65. <br />~+. Sta. 2+09 Point repair to reconnect rubber boot between PVC and <br />concrete pipe. Daily report No. 84. <br />5. Sta. 2+45 Point repair to reconnect rubber boot from service line <br />to house service line. Daily report Nos. 19 and 79. <br />6. Sta. 4+90 Point repair at cut in existing liner pipe. Daily report <br />No. 72 <br />7. Sta. 6+93 to Sta. 7+OS Point repair to replace 12 feet of bare liner <br />pipe. No carrier pipe found. This apparently was an old slip <br />lining entry pit. Daily report No. 53. <br />S. Sta. 7+20 to Sta. 7+~+5 Point repair to replace 25 feet of bare liner <br />pipe. No carrier pipe found. The liner had sagged at this location. <br />Daily report No. 5u. <br />9- Sta. 7+75 Point repair. Cleaner and camera would not pass. A three- <br />foot void above the flowline of the main and service lines was found. <br />Daily report Nos. 9 and 10. <br />10. Sta. 7+95 Point repair. No saddle was found. The connection was a <br />combination of 4-inch A.C., 3-inch PVC, and 4-inch PVC pipes. Two <br />holes were found in liner. Daily report No. 67. <br />11. Sta. 8+60 Point repair. Homemade saddle found at service connection. <br />Gas line broke at this location. Daily report Nos. 53 and 58. <br />12. Sta. 8+90 Point repair. Homemade saddle found at service connection. <br /> <br /> <br />-1- <br />
