Council considered awarding a bid for Police Department forms <br />printing. <br />Mr. Owen stated that Lighthouse Printing was the low bidder by <br />a considerable amount, and that staff recommends that the bid <br />be awarded to them. <br />Motion was made by Councilperson Wester~ren tQ accept sta.f~ <br />recommendation and award the bid for Police Department forms <br />printin to Lighthouse Printing inthe_amount of $4.717.50. <br />Second by Councilperson Waters. The motion carried, 8 ayes <br />and 0 nays. <br />Ayes: Councilpersons Matuszak, Waters, Pfeiffer, Skelton, <br />Westergren, Malone, Bridges and Mayor Cline <br />Nays: None <br />8. Council considered approving a preliminary list of dangerous <br />buildings. <br />Slides of the buildings, along with legal descriptions and <br />• addresses, were presented by Inspector Mark Lewis. The <br />buildings are as follows: <br />321 North First St., block 83, lots 26-28, La Porte , <br />501 W. Tyler, block 89, lots 17-18, La Porte <br />517 South Fourth, block 112, lots 10-11, La Porte <br />606 North Fourth, block 330, lots 1-14, La Porte <br />226 North Sixth St., block 66„ lots 3-4, La Porte <br />506 N. "H" St., La Porte Outlots <br />E 1/2 of outlot 464, tract A; W 1/2 of outlot465, tract A <br />622 Highway 146 North, block 335, lots 4-7, La Porte <br />Motion was made ~ Councilperson Matuszak to ag~rove the <br />preliminary list of dangerous buildings, declare them <br />dangerous buildings, send notices to the property owners, and <br />public hearings be held.
