Council considered approving a resolution relating to the <br />proposed site location of Houston Chemical Services, Inc. <br /> <br />Councilperson Lloyd made a brief presentation summarizing the <br />findings and the recommendation of the Incinerator Site Study <br />Committee. <br /> <br />Councilperson Porter proposed an amendment to the Resolution <br />No. 87-10 replacing paragraph 6 and Section 2. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Councilperson Porter to pass Resolution <br />No. 87-10 as amended. Second by Councilperson Matuszak.
