Council consider approving a consent agenda, as follows: <br /> <br />A. Consider awarding bid for purchase of aggregate surface <br />treatment materials. <br /> <br />B. Consider awarding annual supply contract for reinforced <br />concrete pipe. <br /> <br />C. Consider awarding annual contract for purchase of hot mix <br />asphaltic concrete pavement and hot mix-cold laid <br />asphaltic concrete pavement. <br /> <br />D. Consider awarding annual contract for purchase of lime <br />slurry. <br /> <br />E. Consider awarding annual contract for PVC pipe and <br />fittings, gate valves and fire hydrants. <br /> <br />F. Consider awarding annual contract for flexible base <br />(crushed stone). <br /> <br />Motion was made by Councilperson Skelton to approve the <br />consent agenda as recommended bv Staff. Second by <br />Councilperson Clarke. The motion carried, 7 ayes and 0 nays. <br /> <br />Ayes: Councilpersons Waters, Matuszak, Porter, Shipp, <br />Skelton, Clarke and Mayor Malone <br />Nays: None <br /> <br />13. Administrative Reports <br /> <br />The City Manager announced that David Paulissen would be <br />leaving the City for a position in Leon County, Florida, as <br />Building Official, and complimented David for his service to <br />the City during his employment here. David will be missed, <br />and it will be difficult to fill his shoes. <br /> <br />David Brady, Chairman of the Golf Course Advisory Committee, <br />presented a status report on the golf course. The <br />construction is almost completed, the grounds will be seeded <br />within a couple of weeks, and he is looking forward to the <br />opening of the course. He advised that there have been many <br />quality applications for the position of golf pro. He also <br />announced that the contest for the naming of the golf course <br />
