Council considered approving a contract for engineering <br />services and construction administration for Northwest <br />Park. <br />Dr. Ross Cox reviewed this item for Council. <br />Motion was made bvCouncilerson Skelton to approve a <br />contract with Stiver Engineering, Inc., for engineering <br />services and construction administration for Northwest <br />Park, in an amount not to exceed $29,140. Second by <br />Councilperson Lloyd. The motion carried, 8 ayes and 0 <br />nays. <br />Ayes: Councilpersons Waters, Lloyd, Matuszak, Porter, <br />Shipp, Skelton, Clarke and Mayor Malone <br />Nays: None <br />20. Dr. Ross Cox, CIP Manager, presented a status report on <br />Little Cedar Bayou Park. <br />21. Council considered awarding bids for construction of Little <br />Cedar Bayou Park. <br />Motion was made by Councilperson Skelton to award <br />construction bids for Little Cedar Bayou Park as follows: <br />Site Work to Hubco in the amount of $668,930• Swimming Pool <br />to Crystal Pool in the amount of $363,363; Buildings to <br />Murson in the amount of $286,820• Tennis Courts to Tennis <br />Tech in the amount of $39,479; Landscaping to Marek in the <br />amount of $116,65; with the City performing miscellaneous <br />work in the amount of $40,288. Second by Councilperson <br />Matuszak. The motion carried, 8 ayes and 0 nays. <br />
