Council considered a resolution authorizing participation in the Texas Local Government Pool "TexPool." The City Attorney read: RESOLUTION 92-02 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LA PORTE, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING PARTICIPATION IN THE TEXAS LOCAL GOVERNMENT INVESTMENT POOL "TEXPOOL." Council considered approving an amendment to Cliff Hyde Flying Service, Inc., lease. This amendment extends the option described in the Lease Amendment approved December 12, 1988 between the City of La Porte and Cliff Hyde Flying Service, Inc., for one (1) year, expiring 12/31/92. Motion was made by Councilperson Clarke to approve the lease aareement amendment with Cliff Hyde Flvina Service. Second by Councilperson Gay. The motion carried, 9 ayes and 0 nays.
