Article 6252-17, <br /> section 2 (E) - (Legal) - Discussion with legal counsel <br /> regarding status of Houston Chemical Services, Inc./Southern <br /> Ionics, Inc. litigation; and at the request of Councilperson <br /> McLaughlin under Section 2(R) - (Conference), item 11 on the <br /> agenda, which was to consider an ordinance approving and <br /> authorizing a contract between ci ty of La Porte and Ray & <br /> Hollingworth Architects, to provide construction drawings and <br /> specifications for relocation of Municipal Court. Council <br /> returned to the Council table at 8:15 P.M., with no action <br /> taken. <br /> 11- Council considered an ordinance approving and authorizing a <br /> contract between City of La Porte and Ray & Hollington <br /> ArChitects, to provide construction drawings and <br /> specifications for relocation of Municipal Court. <br /> ~otion was made bv Councilnerson McLauahlin to table this <br /> ,;item.
