Minutes, Regular Meeting, La Porte City Council <br />January 25, 1993, Page 4 <br />Ayes: Councilpersons Sutherland, Cooper, Thrower, <br />McLaughlin, Porter, Gay, Maxwell, Clarke and Mayor <br />Malone <br />Nays: None <br />10. Council considered approving amending FY1992-93 budget by <br />transferring funds from General Fund account to EMS Capital <br />Expenditures account. <br />the General Fund to budget code 001-500-517-821. Second by <br />Councilperson Thrower. The motion carried, 9 ayes and 0 nays. <br />Ayes: Councilpersons Sutherland, Cooper, Thrower, <br />McLaughlin, Porter, Gay, Maxwell, Clarke and Mayor <br />Malone <br />Nays: None <br />11. Council considered awarding a bid for golf course equipment. <br />Motion was made by Councilperson Thrower to award bid for golf <br />in the amount of $53.462.00. Second by Councilperson Cooper. <br />The motion carried, 9 ayes and 0 nays. <br />Ayes: Councilpersons Sutherland, Cooper, Thrower, <br />McLaughlin, Porter, Gay, Maxwell, Clarke and Mayor <br />Malone <br />Nays: None <br />12. Council considered awarding a bid for vehicles for CID <br />Division. <br />Motion was made by Councilperson McLaughlin to award the bid <br />for vehicles for CID Division to Enterprise Leasing Car Sales, <br />in an amount of $12,604.80 for each vehicle. Second by <br />Councilperson Cooper. The motion carried, 9 ayes and 0 nays. <br />Ayes: Councilpersons Sutherland, Cooper, Thrower, <br />McLaughlin, Porter, Gay, Maxwell, Clarke and Mayor <br />Malone <br />Nays: None <br />13. Council considered declaring an emergency and approve purchase <br />of 4-inch process water transfer pump in an amount not to <br />exceed $7,000. <br />
