Second by councilperson <br />Porter. PUBLIC HEARING - B:. SPECIAL CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REOUEST <br />SCU94-003. FOR THE PURPOSE ALLOWING A MINI-WAREHOUSE/BOAT AND <br />R.V. STORAGE FACILITY TO BE LOCATED AT 11230 WEST MAIN STREET <br /> <br />Mayor Malone opened the public hearing at 7:04 P.M. Director <br />of Planning Chuck Harrington reviewed the request. Mr. David <br />Booth, who will be constructing the proposed facility if <br />permit is granted, answered Council questions. There were no <br />other persons wishing to speak at the public hearing. <br />Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of SCU94- <br />003 and staff concurred with the recommendation. Mayor Malone <br />closed the public hearing at 7:08 P.M. <br /> <br />9. CONSIDER SPECIAL CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REOUEST SCU94-003 - C. <br />Harrinaton <br /> <br />Motion was made bv Counciloerson Coooer to aoorove soecial <br />Conditional Use Permit Reauest SCU94-003. Second by <br />councilperson Sutherland. The motion carried, 9 ayes and 0 <br />nays. FOR THE PURPOSE OF AMENDING SPECIAL CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT SCU90-002 TO ALLOW A 400 FOOT X 747 FOOT STAGING AREA <br />AND ACCESS DRIVE TO BE LEASED TO AN OUTSIDE OPERATOR. THE <br />
