PETITIONS, REMONSTRANCES, COMMUNICATIONS, AND CITIZENS AND <br />TAX PAYERS WISHING TO ADDRESS COUNCIL ON ANY ITEM POSTED ON <br />THE AGENDA. <br /> <br />Cheryl Harper - 210 Pine Bluff - Ms. Harper spoke representing Mr. Pfirman on this <br />property. She requested an additional 6-9 months to make repairs and noted Mr. Pfiiman <br />was willing to make all repairs. <br /> <br />Leonard Zlomke - 209 South Lobit - Mr. Zlomke informed the City Council he is not <br />able to afford the repairs that are needed on this property but would like some additional <br />time so he can salvage some of the materials. <br />
