<br />Councilperson McLarrin moved to postpone the item until the bids could be re -presented; the
<br />motion was seconded by Councilperson Helton. Councilperson McCaulley moved to amend the
<br />motion to direct all the bids be rejected and the project be rebid as a haz mat operation, the motion
