There is no <br />need for the 5' strip surrounding parking areas. It will not <br />- effectively enhance the looks of parking areas and will be a constant <br />maintenance problem. Farther the curb surrounding the entire parking <br />area is unnecessary. <br />Q11fi~Ti'S Ct~1 ARTICLE 11: <br />Section 11 - 101 -- Land owners issued building permits prior to the <br />effective date of this ordinance should be allowed to continue their <br />construction as per the building permit which they were issued. <br />Section I1 - 102 -- This section should be deleted per the cornnents <br />under Section 11 - 101. <br />• Section 11 - 606 #2 C 2 -- Unnecessary hardship should be defined to <br />include economic hardship as well as physical hardship. <br />Section 11 - 612 -- The reapplication period should be shortened to six <br />months from the date of the original denial. <br />• <br />
