These will be filed <br />along with the plat. <br />7. Payment for streetlight construction cost and electrical service cost <br />for one year. An estimate from HL&P shall be provided and the <br />money shall be deposited with the City in an escrow account until <br />such time that construction/installation is complete. This submittal <br />and payment shall occur prior to plat recordation. <br />8. Payment for signage installation cost ($403.32) shall be made prior <br />to plat recordation. <br />9. Payment of money in lieu of parkland dedication ($14,350.00) shall <br />be made prior to plat recordation. <br />The motion was seconded by Dottie Kaminski. All were in favor and the <br />motion passed. <br />IV. CONSIDER FINAL PLAT FOR A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br />KNOWN AS LEGENDS OF BAYOU FOREST APARTMENTS, PHASE I. <br />Mr. Kneupper presented staffs report. Legends of Bayou Forest <br />Apartments, as proposed, would be a 176 unit apartment complex located <br />in the 1200 Block of McCabe Rd. Staff noted there were several <br />outstanding items with the Final Plat but ensured all items would be <br />satisfied prior to a building permit being issued and Final Plat recordation. <br />A motion was made by Jim Zoller to approve the Final Plat for Legends of <br />Bayou Forest Apartments, Phase I, contingent upon the following items be <br />completed prior to a building permit being issued and the plat being <br />released for recordation: <br />1. Provide the City with a copy of the Harris County Driveway Permits. <br />Since McCabe Road is a County Road, all improvements and <br />driveways will involve County and City coordination. <br />2. Payment to the City in lieu of parkland dedication in the amount of <br />$30, 800.00. <br />3. Provide an instrument establishing athirty-foot (30') landscape <br />buffer on the adjoining property. <br />4. Add to the plat, the Return Map Agreement (Appendix D, Enclosure <br />7 of the Development Ordinance). <br />
