4.8.3 Valve sites are to have perimeter barricades or <br /> fences installed in order to prevent damage from <br /> equipment traveling along Company Property. <br /> 4.8.4 Va1;re sites, plus an additional three (3) feet <br /> outside the site area, shall be kept free of high <br /> grass and weeds at ail times by the valve' owners. <br /> 4.8.5 Vale sites are to be well marked with the <br /> owner's name and telephone number to be called in <br /> cases of emergency. <br /> 4.8.6 No blow -off vents or flares are to be located on <br /> Company property. <br /> 4,8.7 Grounding /Anode Beds will be treated as a Valve <br /> Site, separately from the pipelines.. <br /> 4.9 The following are additional requirements for pipeline <br /> (t crossings of the Company's underground electric . <br /> distribution facilities. <br /> 4_9.1 9.1 The Company will furnish upon <br /> ' <br /> Grantee /Contracttr's request any drawings of the <br /> existing Underground distribution facilities. <br /> 4,9.2 If a Crossing is required, the pipeline shall be <br /> installed beneath tie' Company's underground <br /> distribution facilities. A minimum vertical <br /> ' clearance of eighteen (18) inches must be <br /> maintained between the Company's underground <br /> distribution facilities and any other facilities • <br /> (i.e. outside pipe wall to outside concrete <br /> encasement or pipe wall). <br /> 4.9.3 If a pipeline is installed parallel to the <br /> Company's underground electric distribution <br /> facilities, a Minimum horizontal clearance of <br /> five (5) feet must be maintained between the <br /> Company's underground distribution facilities and <br /> any other facilities (i.e. outside pipe wall to <br /> outside concrete encasement or pipe wall) . <br /> 4.9.4 if the Company's concrete encased duct bank is to <br /> be exposed during the installation or maintenance <br /> of a pipeline, the Company's duct bank must be <br /> fully supported every four (4) feet. <br /> 4.10 Upon completion of the work, Grantee shall furnish the <br /> MAT. /00 SPEC.
