Zhe City Commission of the City of La Porte <br />" hereby accepts the recommendation of the City of La Porte <br />Planning and Zoning Commission, and the zoning classification <br />- of the hereinafter described parcel of land, situated within <br />the corporate limits of the City of La Porte, is hereby <br />changed in accordance therewith, and the zoning classification <br />of said parcel of land shall hereafter be "District C-- <br />Apartment'and.CommerciaT District," provided; however, that <br />no commercial use of said property shall be allowed, and said <br />property shall be used .for apartments only.' The description <br />of said parcel of~land re-zoned is as follows•r to-wit< <br />_ J 2.8818 acre tract, Tidewood Subdivision, 420 feet <br />• North of McCabe Road facing Highway.146, Wm.
