<br /> <br />• Applicants shall be required to provide any information and <br />undergo any examinations necessary to demonstrate compliance with <br />prescribed qualification requirements for the positions involved. <br />Section 8. Disqualification <br />An applicant shall be disqualified from consideration if he <br />or she: <br />a. Does not meet the qualifications necessary for per- <br />formance of the duties of the position involved; <br />b. Has made a false statement of material fact on the <br />application form or supplements thereto; <br />c. Has committed or attempted to commit a fraudulent act <br />at any stage of the selection process. <br />Section 9. Referral and Selection <br />The personnel coordinator shall develop standard operating <br />procedures, to be approved by the City Administrator, for the <br />referral• of applicants to departments for final selection. The <br />• procedures shall provide for selecting officials to report the <br />disposition of all referred applicants and the reasons therefor. <br />• <br />5 <br />
