• <br />• <br />points of delivery for potable water. <br />• <br />This information will be <br />used in formulating alternatives to be considered. <br />Task 1.4 - Financing Plan <br />The Engineer will meet with the Authority's fiscal advisors <br />to discuss the financing requirements for the proposed project. <br />Specific requirements for demonstrating project feasibility <br />will be established. Particular emphasis will be placed on <br />required revenue projections. Based on this consultation and <br />on the financing used for similar projects by other entities, <br />the Engineer will prepare a preliminary financing plan to be <br />used as a guideline in implementing the financing of the project. <br />Task 1.5 - Water System Components <br />• <br />Engineer will prepare inventory of the major components of <br />the existing water system within Authority's boundary. The <br />inventory will be based primarily on available information <br />including engineering reports and design drawings for major <br />system elements; 'system layout maps, if available; and plans or <br />reports for water system improvements under construction or <br />design or proposed for implementation before 1985. The Engineer <br />will supplement information available from the Authority with <br />available data on file with the well driller, the Houston- <br />Galveston Coastal Subsidence District, and the Texas Department <br />of Water Resources. <br />• <br />Task 2.0 - Population and Demand Projections <br />This task will establish the water system demands for the pro- <br />posed milestone years of 1988, 1993, 1998, and 2003. <br />Task 2.1 - Land Use and User Classification <br />Major subareas identified by similar socioeconomic activity <br />will be delineated and based on information gathered in Task 1.1. <br />A summary of land use in each subarea will be prepared for each <br />milestone year. <br />• <br />e <br />e~z <br />
