RESOL~N BY THE BOARD OF DIRECT0I~S <br />OF THE <br />LA PORTS-BAYSHORE CHAM$ER OF COMbfEI?CE <br />~i~.~s, the Mighty Bulldog La Porto High School Hand has brought honor and <br />acclaim to the La Ports-Bayshon area; sad <br />W~t~.~.s, said honor and acclaim is duo to the slzth-place ranting received at the <br />Annual UIL State Marching Band Competition, hold at Memorial Stadium <br />in Austin, Tezas on No~ojnber 10, 19Eti, and <br />t~-s}{,ERfrts, said ranking was achieved in direct competition with the 2S1 Five-A high <br />school bands in the State of ?ezss sad reflects the azcelleace of our La <br />Porte High School Band Program; and <br />w~RF.~s, this ezcellence was accomplished by many long hours of practice that <br />began in the heat of July and continued ~irough the cold, Met days of <br />November. <br />NoW, ~~oszE, DE t?'
