7 <br />i <br />1.26 "Production Capacity" means the maximum rate of production of water from the <br />Plant. The Production Capacity of the Plant after Substantial Completion of construction of the <br />Modification Project is 120 MGD expressed as a peak day production rate. <br />1.27 "Pumping Allocation" means that portion of the Plant's pumping and treated water <br />storage capacity measured in MGD, which a Participant is entitled to take during any hourly period. <br />1.28 "Pumping Allocation Factor" is the percentage of the Plant's pumping and related <br />treated water storage capacity which a Participant is entitled to take during an hourly period. <br />The Participants' Pumping Allocation Factors are specified in the Participant Exhibits. <br />1.29 "Pumping and Distribution Recoupment Cost" includes <br />1 Capital costs for additional capacity in the Treated Water Pumping Facilities <br />and the Treated Water Transmission Facilities as shown in Exhibit "D-1." <br />.2 Unrecovered capital costs for the Managing Participant's initial construction <br />of the Treated Water Pumping Facilities and Treated Water Transmission <br />Facilities as shown in Exhibit "D-2." <br />1.30 "Pumping Capacity" means the maximum rate of delivery of water from the Plant. <br />The initial Pumping Capacity equals 200 MGD, expressed as a peak hour pumping rate. <br />1.31 "Raw Water Storage and Transmission Facilities" means the Lake Livingston <br />Reservoir and the Trinity River Channel downstream from Lake Livingston to the CWA Pumping <br />Station located on the Trinity River north of the Redmond Community and south of the City of <br />Liberty, Texas.
