They are as <br />follows: <br />1. Approval: <br />Commission approval of the General Plan authorizes the developer to file a <br />Preliminary Subdivision Plat or a Development Site Plan. <br />2. Conditional Approval: <br />Commission conditional approval requires submission of an amended General <br />Plan and additional documentation as specified by the Planning Commission <br />for final Commission approval; which maybe filed concurrently with the next <br />Preliminary Plat or Development Site Plan, as the case may be. <br />3.
